Aeternus Dynamics holds no CSLB contractor licence, and Tendia neither performs nor arranges construction, repair or improvement work — where it records a work order, the licensed trade you hire does the work and carries the licence for it.

Aeternus Dynamics is not a property manager, a real-estate broker, a law firm, or an insurance producer, and Tendia gives no legal, tax, insurance or fair-housing advice: the records it holds are the operator's own records and the operator stays responsible for them and for the decisions taken from them. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools in the work it prepares for clients and in the software it builds; anything this firm prepares and delivers to you is reviewed by a qualified human before it is submitted or used.
