  1. Within minutes

    A confirmation lands in your inbox

    It repeats what you sent, so you have a record of it that is not just this page. If it has not arrived within the hour, check the spam folder, then write to hello@aeternusdynamics.com. It means the address we have for you is wrong, and that is worth catching now rather than in two days.

  2. Same business day

    We confirm scope and price in writing

    Commercial or public works, sub count, and the total at $175 or $425 per sub, three-sub minimum. You approve it before the check starts. You will not be strung along and then quietly billed.

  3. The work itself

    Every sub is read against the public registers

    CSLB license status and classification, DIR public-works registration, insurance and workers’ compensation currency, and the debarment and exclusion lists. Every line is captured with the source it came from and the date it was pulled, because a compliance record without a date is not a record. Andrew Avina reads every line before it goes anywhere.

  4. The scorecard arrives

    As an attachment

    A PDF in an email, not a link and not a login. You will want to forward it (to your PM, to the owner, to your broker) and a file forwards where a portal invitation dies. There is nothing to sign up for at any point.

  5. After that

    Nothing, unless you start it

    No follow-up sequence, no drip, no call from anyone. If the scorecard raises a question, reply to it and you will get an answer from a person. If it does not, you keep a dated record of where your roster stood and you owe nothing.

What you will be holding

  • One row per sub, one column per checked item, and the source and pull date sitting in the cell itself.
  • A named “could not determine” section. Where a name matches three licenses or a record will not resolve, it is called out rather than quietly dropped.
  • A cover note of three sentences naming the findings that actually matter, so you are not hunting through a table for the problem.
  • A dated list of every license renewal, certificate expiry and registration date falling inside the next 90 days, in date order.
  • The scope footer: public-records review only, no CSLB contractor license held, no representation before DIR or DLSE.

If your roster turns out to need watching rather than photographing once, that is roster monitoring, and the scorecard you are about to receive is already most of its setup.
