Accessibility

This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That is a target we test against, not a certification: our build pipeline includes an automated accessibility scan (axe-core) of every page at desktop and mobile widths, designed to block a release on a serious or critical finding. As of this statement, that scan has not run on our most recent releases; see "Known limitations" below for what that means in practice.

What we build for

• Full keyboard operability, with a skip link as the first focusable element on every page and visible focus outlines throughout.
• Color contrast at or above the AA thresholds in both the light and dark themes, verified computationally against our design tokens.
• Motion that respects your prefers-reduced-motion setting: animated elements reduce to their final state.
• Semantic landmarks and heading order, labeled form fields, and status messages announced through live regions.
• Text that scales: the layout uses fluid type and holds together at 200 percent zoom and at 375 pixel viewports without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

• Automated testing catches only part of real accessibility. The interactive tools (the rate checker, the penalty calculator, and the engagement builder) announce their results to screen readers through live regions, and every field is labeled. We have not yet completed a full assistive-technology walkthrough with screen readers across every page.
• Our automated accessibility scan is a real, working control: verified directly against a deliberately broken test page, it correctly flags missing image text and failing color contrast and would fail the build. But it has not run on our most recent releases, so it has not screened them. We will remove this note once the scan is running again.
• The engagement builder is operable and accessible: you can configure services, see live pricing, and prepare a signature by keyboard or pointer. Its final sign-and-submit step is intentionally held while our standard engagement terms complete legal review; when that step is unavailable it is clearly labeled with the reason rather than silently failing. • Sample documents and downloadable files are provided as HTML wherever possible, but any PDF or spreadsheet a client receives from an engagement may not be fully tagged.

Tell us. Email hello@aeternusdynamics.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, and we will fix it or provide the content another way. Nothing on this site is available only through an inaccessible path: every service can be started by plain email.
