Pricing & scope

Scope, plainly statedClerical/administrative RFI-log and submittal-transmittal tracking only: logging RFI status, recording submittal transmittals/approvals, and maintaining a document register on a project where the CLIENT (a licensed GC) remains the contractor of record. Scoped to GC/sub clients only; never sold directly to a residential owner-builder as bid-oversight or sub-scheduling-with-oversight service (the B&P §7026.1(a)(2)(B) "consultant" trigger requires an owner-builder home-improvement-contract client, which this service never has). Not engineering, design, or contract-interpretation advice. Aeternus routes RFI content to the client's own architect/engineer of record; it does not answer technical RFIs itself. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools to help prepare and check compliance documents; all deliverables are reviewed by a qualified human before submission or use.
