What we do, and what we never doWe prepare quantities and pricing for a licensed general contractor or subcontractor who remains bidder of record for their own bid. Markup, contingency, and the decision whether and how to bid are yours. An estimate is not a guarantee against variance in what the work actually costs to build.
$250 to $2,500 flat for a typical estimate or takeoff, and $150 to $5,000 across the full complexity range. Ongoing estimating support from $1,500 per month. Configure this service and see your estimate in the engagement builder.
Pricing & scopeScope, plainly statedQuantity takeoff and cost-estimate preparation delivered TO a GC or sub who remains the bidder of record for their own bid. Scoped to GC/sub clients only per B&P §7026.1(a)(2)(B)(i) — providing or overseeing a bid FOR an owner-builder under a residential home-improvement contract is the exact statutory trigger this service must never cross; Aeternus prepares the numbers, the client's own bidder-of-record decides markup, risk contingency, and whether/how to bid. Not a substitute for the client's own bid judgment, and not a guarantee against estimate variance on actual construction costs. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools to help prepare and check compliance documents; all deliverables are reviewed by a qualified human before submission or use. Aeternus Dynamics is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
