Government contracting

SAM registration, set-aside positioning, and federal-contract compliance for small and mid-size firms entering government work.

Why it matters

Federal work rewards firms that are registered correctly, positioned in the right set-aside programs, and compliant from the first invoice. Most small firms lose years to avoidable mistakes: a SAM registration that lapses mid-pursuit, an 8(a) or SDVOSB application filed before the firm is structurally ready, or a first contract that trips Davis-Bacon obligations nobody scoped.

How we do the work

The method, step by step.

01

Register and maintain SAM correctly

We prepare and maintain your SAM.gov registration and renewals. Registration itself is free with the government; you pay us for accuracy, completeness, and never lapsing.

02

Position for set-asides honestly

We assess eligibility for 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB programs against the actual regulations, then prepare the documentation for the programs you genuinely qualify for.

03

Build the capability record

Capability statements, past-performance records, and NAICS positioning built the way contracting officers actually read them.

04

Scope compliance before you bid

Davis-Bacon, certified payroll, and reporting obligations are identified per solicitation before you price the work, not discovered after award.

05

Support the pursuit

Proposal support and teaming outreach for targeted solicitations, with our compliance engine standing behind performance.

Questions contractors ask

Frequently asked.

Can you guarantee 8(a) certification?

No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. We assess honestly, prepare thoroughly, and tell you plainly if you are not ready or not eligible.

Is SAM registration really free?

Yes. The government charges nothing. What firms pay for, when they choose to, is having it done completely and correctly and never letting it lapse. That is the service.

We won a federal job. Now what?

Compliance scoping first: wage determinations, certified-payroll obligations, reporting cadence. Our flagship engine runs the labor-compliance side of performance.

Should we pursue 8(a) or a state-level small-business program first?

Depends on your pipeline. 8(a) is a nine-year federal program with real structural entry requirements; state and local programs, like California's SB and DVBE certifications, move faster and open different doors. We map the path against your actual opportunities before you file anything, not the other way around.
