What we do, and what we never doPaperwork against fixed statutory forms, and arithmetic against a fixed statutory clock. We never file or enforce a lien; that is attorney work. And we never hold, disburse, or hold signing authority over your funds.

Included in Roster & Payables Monitoring, public-works tier: $850 per month for 1 to 10 subs, $1,600 for 11 to 25, $2,800 for 26 to 50, and $2,800 plus $50 per sub per month above 50. Not sold as a separate per-sub line. Configure this service and see your estimate in the engagement builder.

Pricing & scope
Scope, plainly statedTracking which sub has signed which of the four statutory lien-waiver forms (Civil Code §8132/8134/8136/8138 — conditional/unconditional x progress/final) against which payment, and reviewing AIA G702/G703-style pay applications for completeness and correct retention math (Public Contract Code §7107: 60/90-day retention release, 2%/month penalty for wrongful withholding, 7-day sub pass-through). This is paperwork against fixed statutory forms and arithmetic against a fixed statutory clock — no license required. Aeternus never files or enforces a lien (attorney-gated, unchanged from the existing liens-notices posture) and never holds, disburses, or has signing authority over the client's payment funds — Aeternus tracks and flags; the GC's own authorized signer releases payment and signs every waiver acceptance. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools in the work it prepares for clients and in the software it builds; anything this firm prepares and delivers to you is reviewed by a qualified human before it is submitted or used. Aeternus Dynamics is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
