What we do, and what we never doRunner and expediter service only. We submit paperwork, track status, and collect and deliver documents on your behalf. We are not a licensed contractor and never apply for, or sign, a permit as contractor of record. The applicant is always the property owner or your own licensed contractor, per the permitting jurisdiction's own rules on who may pull a permit. We give no advice on entitlements, code interpretation, or building-department disputes.

Counter run $185 flat. Single-trade permit $625 flat. Multi-trade permit coordination $1,950 flat. Open-ended portal and tracking work is quoted in writing before it starts.
