What we do, and what we never doBid preparation and package assembly only. We complete forms, compile the license, bonding, insurance and workforce-commitment attachments, and attend bid walks as an observer and write them up. On your bid you are the bidder of record: we hold no contractor license, we never sign, seal, or submit your bid, and the bidder is always your own licensed entity. On its own contracts Aeternus does bid and contract directly with public agencies for the compliance and administrative work it lawfully performs, never for construction. Questions about protest rights or specification ambiguity go to your own counsel.

Bid walk attendance with a written observation report $895 flat. Single-trade bid package $1,850 flat. Full multi-volume bid package $5,500 flat. Open-ended or unscoped bid work $225 per hour, billed in a two-hour minimum block. Subcontractor-listing compliance under the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act is included in every package at no separate charge. Bonding, filing and plan-purchase fees pass through at documented cost. Configure this service and see your estimate in the engagement builder.

Pricing & scope
Scope, plainly statedBid-preparation and application-assembly support only: we complete forms, compile required attachments (licenses, bonding, insurance, DBE/SkTW commitment, references), and attend bid walks as an observer and write them up — attendance is observation and note-taking, never site supervision. We are NOT a licensed contractor and never sign, seal, or submit a CLIENT's bid as the bidder of record — on a client engagement the bidder is always the client's own CSLB-licensed entity (or other qualified business, for a non-construction procurement). Aeternus does contract in its own name with public agencies as bidder of record on its OWN contracts for compliance administration, documentation, verification, monitoring and consulting; holding no CSLB license, it never bids, offers, performs or supervises construction, repair or improvement work for any buyer, public or private. We do not provide legal advice on bid-protest rights, ambiguity interpretation, or whether to challenge a specification; those questions are escalated to the client's own counsel, never answered here. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools to help prepare and check compliance documents; all deliverables are reviewed by a qualified human before submission or use. Aeternus Dynamics is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
