What we do, and what we never doWe report the raw match or no-match against the named public list, dated and sourced. We never make a debarment or eligibility determination; your own counsel acts on what we report. Verify findings directly with the source before you execute a contract, and before you rely on a sub's skilled-and-trained-workforce eligibility in a bid commitment.

One-time vetting $425 per sub, three-sub minimum. Continuous monitoring is sold inside Roster & Payables Monitoring, public-works tier: $850 per month for 1 to 10 subs, $1,600 for 11 to 25, $2,800 for 26 to 50, and $2,800 plus $50 per sub per month above 50. Pricing & scope
Scope, plainly statedAdministrative support and pre-flight review; not legal or tax advice. License/registration/debarment findings report source status as of the check date; verify directly with the source (DIR, SAM.gov) before contract execution or before relying on a sub's Skilled & Trained Workforce eligibility for a bid commitment. Aeternus never makes a debarment/eligibility determination — it reports the raw match/no-match against the named list, dated and sourced, and the client's own counsel acts on it. Aeternus Dynamics uses AI-assisted tools in the work it prepares for clients and in the software it builds; anything this firm prepares and delivers to you is reviewed by a qualified human before it is submitted or used. Aeternus Dynamics is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
